what time zone you are in or the number of hours apart you are from her.

How to Make an Appointment

It is faster and more efficient to schedule consultations by telephone.  Nedda is not online all the time, so emails can take longer to reach her.  If you have an emergency, you will reach Nedda faster by phone.

To schedule a session, please call 860-651-5771.

International clients can schedule by EMAIL.
It is recommend that you telephone for emergency situations.

Regular appointments are available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturday mornings. When you leave a message, please say which days and times are best for you.

Knowing the time zone in which you live facilitates scheduling your appointment.

A first-time session includes

• Taking your address, telephone number and other basic information.

• Taking the animals' description.

• Reviewing your intention or goals for the session

• Listening to your questions and concerns.

• Talking with you and your animal(s).

• Discussing recommendations and suggestions.

Please pay in advance for all sessions.

Payment for missing animals will be returned in full
if you find the missing animal before your session begins.

Regular Rates

•  $ 105 - 1st session - new client - up to 1 hour.

•  $ 105 - 1st session on a new topic - up to 1 hour.

•  $   90 - additional sessions on the same topic - up to 1 hour.

•  $   15 - an MP3 recording of your Animal Communication session.
  To purchase an MP3 of your session, please request the recording at the time you schedule.  You will be given a special telephone number and code to use at the time of your appointment so that the recording can be made. 
  
  It may take 24 hours before the recording is available.  You will be notified by email when it is ready, and you must picked it up within 24 hours after notification.  After that time, the recording may no longer be available.

 Please note that an Animal Communication Session, includes:

•  Taking the animal's description

•  Going over your goals, questions and concerns at the start of the conversation 

•  The actual conversation with you and the animal

•  Providing emotional support to you when it seems appropriate.

•  Discussing recommendations and suggestions

Cancellation Fee

There is a $40 cancellation fee for Animal Communication or Distance Animal Healing sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Travel Fees

•  Local Clients  -- car trips of an hour or less, one way: 

  • $15 per 10 minutes or part thereof. 

   

•  Distance Clients  -- car trips of over an hour one way: 

  •  Will vary with distance and destination.

  • Travel fees include all expenses plus travel time;  for example: gasoline, tolls, car rental (or wear and tear on Nedda's car); travel insurance, and so forth. 

Travel is at Nedda's discretion, although she is open to discussion of special needs and circumstances.  Telephone consultations are just as effective and allow Nedda to be available to more people in a more timely manner. 

Payment

CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS

If you have a checking account in a US bank or US affiliated bank (with a 9 digit routing number) can choose to pay by personal check.  Money orders are also acceptable.

Please make all checks and money orders
payable to "Nedda Wittels."

Please mail payment within 24 hours after the session.
If you are outside the US, please send payment by EXPRESS service.

Payment mailed later than 24 hours is considered late.
While late fees are not currently charged, timeliness is appreciated.

For missing animals, advanced payment is required.  You can pay online by credit card or Paypal (see below) to allow faster scheduling of your session.  Please note that echecks take longer, as Nedda must receive the payment before she will schedule the session.

This service DOES NOT require a PayPal account
unless you are paying via Paypal.
