What is Spiritual Empowerment?

Our daily lives are often consumed with ordinary activities that we were taught to focus upon as children.  Taking care of family, going to a job, having friends and "significant others, shopping, playing, laundry, commuting, . . the list of things that take up our time, energy, and attention may quite long. 

Have you been feeling that . . .

•  There is something more that you are "supposed" to be doing - are being called to do -  but you're not sure what it is or how to move forward?

THE ANSWERS to all your question ARE AVAILABLE to you because THE ANSWERS ARE INSIDE YOU.  Your I AM PRESENCE, your TRUE SELF, has access to all the information you are seeking.  Your I AM PRESENCE has always been within you as the Divine Spark, the flame of God within your Heart.  Now you can access much more of this beings energy, transforming a spark into the bright, glowing flame.

To be spiritually empowered is to be aligned with your I Am Presence - your True Self - and with the Soul Purpose of your current lifetime.  When we are spiritual empowered, we call on our I AM PRESENCE to provide us with unconditional support, Unconditional Love, information (Divine Light), Divine Wisdom, Divine Will and personal guidance.  This enables us to resolve our "issues", break through "blocks", transform limiting beliefs into expansive opportunities, shift lower vibrational emotions into the emotions of the Heart, and heal  ourselves at all levels of our being.

As you move into alignment with higher consciousness, you will clear old, lower frequency debris from within yourself.  You will discover that the source of joy and happiness is within you.  You will no longer need to seek outside yourself for meaning and purpose.  Then, when challenges appear in your world, you will able to maintain your sense of happiness, inner peace, and joy.

Today my miracle is having a session with Nedda.  For me, she coached like an experienced doctor guiding sextuplets out of darkness and into a conscious world.

I am doing exceedingly well. No longer do I get hooked by old stuff.  For quite awhile, I met with people and worked things out. Now I release things to Spirit immediately, so I can continue to love all I am doing.

Preparing for Your Session

The purpose of a Spiritual Empower Session is for you to take back your power and begin to work through whatever issue motivated you to schedule the session.

To make your session more effective, please prepare in advance.

1. A clear intention or goal of what you want to accomplish.

2. A list of topics, questions, and important events that are taking place in your life that prompted you to schedule the appointment.

Do not be concerned if your are still uncertain about where to focus the session after you have done your preparation work.

The first thing you and Nedda will do at the start of the session is review your goals and the lists you made to establish a clear focus for the session.  All information is held in complete confidence.

What Happens in a Spiritual Empowerment Session

The first thing you and Nedda will do is come to an understanding and agreement on the focus for the session. 

Nedda is very good at getting to the heart of a matter quickly.  Sometimes she can see relationships between things you might not have noticed.  However, the goal for your session must be whatever YOU are choosing for yourself that particular day.

Nedda's goal is to assist YOU in achieving your goal for the session with Love, Light, Wisdom, Humor and Insight.

Once your goal for the session is clarified and understood, Nedda uses simple spiritual techniques to encourage insight, transformation, empowerment, and spiritual healing.  This process lays the loving groundwork for you to move forward, take charge, and make new decisions.

Nedda facilitates a dialogue among you, your I Am Presence, and appropriate energies (aspects) within you.  As you participate in this conversation, you can gain fuller understanding and insight, find your inner strength and power, and heal whatever your are ready to heal or change whatever you are ready to change.
