Heart Centered Living Program Features

•  6 group 1 hour teleclass sessions which included guided mediations and instruction on how to use various techniques to help you live in and from your Heart Center.
•  2 group 1 hour Q&A sessions
•  An egroup for all participants where you will be able to share experiences and support each other through the program.
•  A journaling process through which you will record your experiences communicating with your I AM Presence and other of your spiritual guides and teachers.
