Our Mother Is Bleeding

Is Oil the Lifeblood of Mother Earth?
The following letter was just sent by Chief Arvol Looking Horse (Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe) to the world’s religion and spiritual leaders.
It asks us all to help in healing the Gulf of Mexico oil spill as well as all the other disasters humans have created on our Mother Earth.
Please read this and consider doing your part, whatever that might be.
My Relatives,
Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders. I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the Spirit of your Nations in prayer.
We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the World; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life of all things. As I am sending this message to you, many Animal Nations are being threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those that fly, and the plant Nations, eventually all will be affected from the oil disaster in the Gulf.
The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill which looks like the bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes that we cannot afford to continue to make.
I asked, as Spiritual Leaders, that we join together, united in prayer with the whole of our Global Communities. My concern is these serious issues will continue to worsen, as a domino effect that our Ancestors have warned us of in their Prophecies.
I know in my heart there are millions of people that feel our united prayers for the sake of our Grandmother Earth are long overdue. I believe we as Spiritual people must gather ourselves and focus our thoughts and prayers to allow the healing of the many wounds that have been inflicted on the Earth. As we honor the Cycle of Life, let us call for Prayer circles globally to assist in healing Grandmother Earth (our Unc’I Maka).
We ask for prayers that the oil spill, this bleeding, will stop. That the winds stay calm to assist in the work. Pray for the people to be guided in repairing this mistake, and that we may also seek to live in harmony, as we make the choice to change the destructive path we are on.
As we pray, we will fully understand that we are all connected. And that what we create can have lasting effects on all life.
So let us unite spiritually, All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer. Along with this immediate effort, I also ask to please remember June 21st, World Peace and Prayer Day/Honoring Sacred Sites day. Whether it is a natural site, a temple, a church, a synagogue or just your own sacred space, let us make a prayer for all life, for good decision making by our Nations, for our children’s future and well-being, and the generations to come.
Onipikte (that we shall live),

May we all find our way to be of service in this time of healing our beloved Mother Earth.
If you feel called to help, one way is to connect your Heart Center with Earth Mother today and send her your Divine Love. Hold a clear intention for her to heal and for each of us to heal with her so that humanity’s consciousness may shift to a higher understanding where we will no longer commit acts based on greed, corruption, and fear. Instead, see all humanity, Mother Earht, and all the Earth Kingdoms living in harmony and balance.

The Creative Chakra in Your Belly
In the previous blog, I explained where the Root Chakra gets it name and how to GROUND yourself fully into the Heart of Mother Earth so that her Divine Love will support your Ascension Process and your life as a Master of Manifestation.
Now I am going to tell you about the Second Chakra and how connecting it to your Heart Center will change your understanding of yourself as the Divine Creator.
The Creativity Chakra
Located just below your navel is the chakra often called the Sexual Chakra or the Belly Chakra. It is associated with procreation, sexuality, and the emotional body.
Emotions are like water. If you mix colored dyes indiscriminately into a bowl of water, evenually the color you will end up with is muddy brown.
Similarly, if your emotions are swirling and whirling around, without clarity and without focus, all jumbled together, and if you feel that you are a victim to your emotions – that you can’t understand them or control them, then your second chakra needs attention.
Lower vibrational emotions, such as anger, rage, resentment, hate, shame, embarassment, anxiety, loneliness, lust, jealousy, and so on, are all rooted in fear and are all distractions from our spiritual life path.
Furthermore, they can not be controlled using energies from the same level of frquency as the one from which these emotions originate.
To cleanse and balance the Second Chakra, there are two approaches. One is to bring the Heart Qualities, including Divine Love, down into this chakra while also bringing up to the Chakra the Divine Love of Mother Earth.
The other is to bring the limiting emotions directly to the Heart Center while being supported by the Divine Love of Mother Earth. Both methods are required to create balance and harmony in our Emotional Body.
Unlimited Creativity For Limitless Creators
The Second Chakra is the Creativity Chakra. It is where we can find the creative energies that empower us to live as Divine Manifestors on the physical plane.
Remember, the Law of Attraction says that what you focus on expands. If you focus with fear, you will get fearful creations. If you focus with Love, your creations will be filled with Love.
What do you want in your world? Fear or Love? It’s your choice, because you are the one creating it. If you want all your creations to be expressions of Divine Love, then your Heart Center and your Creativity Center must be working together in harmony and balance.
When your Creativity Chakra is cleansed and balanced and then fully integarted with your Heart Center, you will have access to tremendous power to create your reality in a fully conscious, Love-filled way.

The Root Chakra
The focus today seems to be on the Heart Center or Chakra of our body. Everyone, including me, has been offering courses and meditations on how to live from your Heart.
The other day, I was having a conversation with my I Am Presence, and I was given some vitally important information that, at the time, seemed so obvious that I wondered how I could have overlooked it. Of course, anything is obvious, once you know it. Before you know it, it’s a complete mystery. So the joke is truly on me!!
This is the first in a series of blogs to explain how to link your Heart Center with the lower 3 chakras and why this is important.
The ROOT Chakra
Have you ever wondered why the Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is actually called the “Root” Chakra?
When I first heard this name, I just assumed it was called this because it was the lowest of the primary (the biggest) chakras in the human body. This is not incorrect, but nearly so.
Humans actually have a channel that runs from the Crown Chakra on the top of the head to the Root Chakra at the base of the spine. This channel should be (when clear and clean and open) as wide as your head. There is also a channel that runs from the Crown Chakra all the way to Godhead.
And . . . there is a channel that runs from your Root Chakra down to the Earth Star chakra at the bottom of your auric field. The Earth Star is located 6-8 inches below your feet, so if you are standing up, it is inside the Earth.
Usuualy, when you are told to ground yourself, you are told to open the secondary chakras in the arches of your feet and ground through them. Ah, Ha!! Here’s the key. To be FULLY GROUNDED you, Divine One in Human Form, are meant to ground your energy like a TRIPOD – down through your legs, yes — but also down through the Root Channel from the Root Chakra to your Earth Star.
Look how stable a kangaroo is standing on 2 feet and 1 tail. Think how much more stable you would be if you were standing on 2 feet and an additional column of energy.
The Root Chakra is the start of your energy root that is meant to ground you more fully. When you ground as a tripod, you can be more fully connected to the Earth.
Why is this important? Because the Earth is our Spiritual and Physical Mother. All the “substances” in our physical body come from the Earth. Without the assistance and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE of our EARTH MOTHER, we can not be here on the Earth Plane.
If you are intent on creating your reality in a new way, you need the assistance of Mother Earth and of the elemental beings whose job it is to transform your thoughtform (idea) into a physical state.
The Matrix of Reality is Divine Love
The underlying energy matrix of all reality is constructed from Divine Love or Love Without Conditions. Therefore, if you intend to CONSCIOUSLY CREATE, the first step is grounding into the Earth.
When you bring your I Am Presence fully down into your Root Chakra and then down the Root Channel and your legs into the Earth Star Chakra and then, with her permission, into the Heart of Mother Earth, you are consciously creating the linkage necessary to empower all of your Divine Creations.
Earth Mother then sends her Divine Love expression (energy) up through your feet and root channel to support your process. You are fully connected and grounded and receiving Divine Love fully from your Mother.
Talk about being (and feeling) fully supported!!!
Overcoming Fear
Since the Root Chakra is associated with survival and trust issues, please consider that when you are fully Rooted, fully Grounded, and fully open to receive the Divine Love of your Earth Mother, then you are in a stronger, more powerful place from which to eliminate fear.
LOVE IS THE ANSWER TO FEAR.
So step #1 to eliminating fear is GROUNDING the Divine Love that you have in your Heart Center and the Divine Consciousness of your I AM Presence through your ROOT CHANNEL and both your feet.
Then to begin to eliminate fear from your life, wrap your fear in Unconditional Love, limitless Love, Infinite Love, and watch your fear dissolve.
Invite your “ego” or your inner child (the little boy or girl inside you who is afraid of taking risks, having adventures, and expanding into higher consciousenss) to come into your arms. Wrap that child up in Divine Love. Observe what happens.

Courage and the Cowardly Lion

The Wizard of Oz Truly Was a Fraud
In “The Wizard of Oz” the Lion character is filled with fear and has accepted the label of “coward.” He sets off down the Yellow Brick Road with Dorothy and the others to find his courage.
Of course, he’s looking for Courage in the wrong place – outside of himself. Courage resides within us and is available in unlimited quantities if you seek it within. No amount of medals, as given by the Wizard of Oz to the lion, can possibly provide us with Courage.
In his 1994 Inaugural Speech, Nelson Mandela spoke about fear and courage in these now-famous words:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our Light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
“Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?”
Actually, who are you “not” to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that others won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own Light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
So I en-courage you to be the Light. Be the change you want to see. Go deep inside and connect with the Courage that lives in your own Heart. The Courage is who you really are!
If you are choosing to have more Courage in your life, begin by answering these questions.
- If I had tremendous courage, what changes would I make in my life?
- Would the changes I listed help me fulfill my soul’s purpose for this lifetime?
- Would the changes I listed have effects for the next 50 years and beyond?
- If not, what is holding me back from making a change that would have that effect?
- What are 3 situations in which I have already acted courageously.
- On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the MOST courage, how much more courage would it take than I have demonstrated in the past to achieve the changes my Soul is asking me to make?
- Could I find or create this much more courage if I knew how important it is to my life purpose? (To answer this, you don’t need to know how you might build the courage just yet. You just need to know that it is possible to do so!)
- What would make it possible for me to find or create this much Courage inside myself?
- Who are some of the people who inspire me by their expressions of Courage?
- What is the first step I could take today to would help me connect with more of my inner Courage?
If this process has intrigued you or given you some insights, please comment on this blog.
If you would like some assistance in connecting withyour own inner Courage, please email me at neddaw@sbcglobal.net or call me at 860-651-5771.

Forgiveness Synchronicity

Forgive Everything. What Have You Got to Lose?
I’ve been teaching the Heart Centered Living program for the last 4 weeks, and suddenly it seems really obvious that there is a lot of room for expanding the role of Forgiveness in my life. Mostly, I am forgiving myself as the creator of all that I experience. After all, what I experience is just a reflection of my inner world, so naturally, if there is something outside myself that I don’t particularly like, I forgive myself for it.
But it’s really much more subtle than this.
When I remember that whatever I experience is reflecting my inner “stuff” I start taking a good look at the inner stuff.
I’ve been reading “Forgive for Good,” by Dr. Fred Luskin. Now, Dr. Luskin does not take a very spiritual approach to Forgiveness, as far as I can tell (I’m more than half-way through his book). He doesn’t really get into the idea that whatever I experience reflects my inner world. Still, I must say he knows quite a bit about Forgiveness.
Dr. Luskin talks about how we each create a “story” that we tell ourselves over and over again about our life. If something happens that annoys us or makes us angry or pushes any of our buttons, we store up our emotions as a grievance and we tell ourselves a story about it.
We may have a story that goes back to our childhood, or we may have a story that began yesterday when we discovered that we weren’t going to the raise or promotion we thought was our due.
Sometimes we tell the story to ourselves (inside our own head) and sometimes we tell the story to ourselves (to the people outside our physical bodies). Dr. Luskin says that to truly forgive we have to change the story we are telling.
OLD STORY
This is how we keep ourselves stuck in the past, stuck in pain and limitation. We may have been mistreated, or maybe we were abused, or maybe abandoned or just disappointed. Whatever the story, you probably know yours very well. You have it memorized. You can play it on your mental DVD machine whenever you like.
Want to know more about your story? Write it down. Just the simple act of writing down your story may be very revealing. Is it a long story? Is it about you or about what others have done (or not done) to/for you? Do you blame others for what happened, or are you taking full responsibility for whatever happened?
NEW STORY
This is the one to write to free us from our stuck places. Make yourself the hero (or heroine) – you know – the one who “saves the day” – who makes it all come out “right.”
Basically, if you c ould change your life story, how would you write it?
JUST FOR NOW. . .
… consider identifying your story. Notice what you tell yourself about yourself and your life. What are your limiting beliefs about yourself? How does your story reinforce those beliefs? What would you have to change in your personal story to change those beliefs?
Or – maybe it’s the other way around?? Maybe if you changed your limiting beliefs, your story would start to change?
So what do you have to lose? The pain you’ve been holding onto. The feeling of powerlessness to have joy and fulfillment in your life. The blame you’ve been passing onto other imaginary others who seem to exist outside of you.
So what do you have to gain? A feeling of peacefulness and satisfaction. A send of your own power to take charge of your life. A fun story to tell yourself about yourself!
Namaste,
Nedda
