I’m “Busting Loose From the Money Game”

If you haven’t read this book yet and you are interested in spiritual growth, taking back your power, and developing a new relationship with money, run – don’t walk – to Amazon.com and check it out.
I’m following the rules of how to break loose.
- I’m APPRECIATING myself and everything happening to me today, including a $350 bill to replace the alternator in my car.
- I’m EXPANDING myself so that I remember that all experiences I have were created by me and contain my power.
- I’m filling myself with JOY by being as playful as I can in all that I do – like actually WALKING back from the auto service place where I left my car this morning.
By the way, on my way home, I found a fantastic empty plastic bucket – the best kind I know of – that will replace some old broken ones I use in gardening, and a completely perfect steak knife someone had thrown onto the road. The Universe is supporting me with these little gifts. Really interesting – a neighbor was passing as I walked and stopped to offer me a ride, but her dog refused to let me in the car. “Hank” kept growling, protecting his person, and clearly telling me that I was NOT to open the car door. Walking is good for me. It really isn’t more than 1.5 miles and it’s a gorgeous day here in New England today – a perfect day for a little outdoor exercise. If I hadn’t walked, I wouldn’t have received the gifts.
So I’m TRUSTING and I’m BUSTING loose. While it may be a bit scary at times, I am so energized. Even finding a new blog site is part of the gift I am giving MYSELF for breaking out of the game.

Meeting Elementals

Are human beings really the only sentient life on Planet Earth?
Ask a silly question and you get a silly answer?
OK, so you may be thinking from my other blogs that I’m a bit on the weird side anyway, so you’ll keep reading this just have a good laugh. Great!! If you keep reading, that’s all I ask.
Elementals, and there are many different types, live in another dimensional realm right here on planet Earth. They have been here for eons and eons, and they have very specific roles to play on this planet.
You may have heard of faeries, gnomes, “the little people”, leprechauns, elves, goblins, trolls, and so on, and have always assigned them to works of fiction. The general population today, at least in the western world, does not believe that these beings exist.
In contrast, when someone is truly open to meeting them, they often show up and allow human contact.
Tanis Helliwell, in Summer With the Leprechauns, shares the true story of her summer in Ireland where she not only met some Leprechauns and other nature spirits, but began an exchange of information and experiences with one Leprechaun in particular.
The purpose of their meeting was to exchange information. The Leprechaun was there to learn about humans and to teach Ms. Helliwell about elementals. In exchange, Ms. Helliwell was asked to teach about humanity and learn about elementals. The result of their agreement to work together is this important work published in 1997.
I have also had conversations with Nature Spirits and Elementals from time to time over the last 20 years. I know that these beings do exist and play important roles in Nature. Although invisible to human eyes, for the most part, they have actual form and some substance. They exist at a different vibrational frequency that that of humanity. This is, in fact, why we don’t easily see them.
We also don’t see them because we don’t believe they exist. For those of you who think that “seeing is believing,” may I suggest that you educate yourself about human vision.
It turns out that we don’t see with our eyes. Our eyes are collectors of certain types of energy frequency patterns. These patterns are sent to our brain via the optic nerves. Interpreting the patterns happens in the brain and is based entirely on what we BELIEVE to be true and on what we have been TRAINED TO FOCUS upon.
Among the most well known optical illusions is this one:

What you see is what you focus upon or what you expect. A face? A vase?
Similarly, if we can’t imagine that elementals exist, we won’t experience them.
I once visit a spot in the woods along a stream on a hot summer day. I went there because I sensed that the energies there indicated lots of elementals. I found a spot to sit on – moss at the base of a tree near the edge of the stream. After asking permission of the spirits to sit there, I made myself comfortable and quiet.
There were lots of mosquitos and I’m allergic to chemical sprays, so I didn’t have any repellent of any kind on my body. I just decided that somehow I would manage.
After being quiet for a bit and taking out a notebook to write down whatever I experienced, I soon sensed – saw – felt the presence of many other “little people” on the other side of the stream. They were wearing bright green, brown, and some red clothing and were standing along some logs – fallen tree branches and trunks. There was 1 stump of a tree about 7 feet high, and one stood on the very top.
I thanked them for coming and allowing me to sense their presence. After we talked for a bit, it was time for me to leave.
Suddenly, I realized that there had not been a single mosquito around me. I had been sitting there for 20 minutes with no insects biting or buzzing. I had somehow shifted vibrationally to a dimension where there were no mosquitos. Shortly after I got up to leave, the insects returned.
I was given this message song by the brook. There had been some very severe storms that winter and many trees trunks and branches lay across its banks and in the water.
“I sing the song of history,
of light and love, and playful times;
the branches resting in my arms (between my banks)
are gifts of Mother Nature’s charms.
“I sing of faeries, elves, and gnomes,
who care for flowers, trees, and spring.
Who live within my banks and know
that past and future times are one.
“We all dance on the wheel of life.
We all meander with the Tao.
A deer drinks at my shore with love.
A bird bathes playfully . . . and now.
“Past is present, future . . . now.
We seem to come and go perchance.
But we are all One on the Earth,
expressions of God’s playful dance.
“I sing of trees resting on my shores,
of butterflys, moths, mosquitos, and ants.
We each are all and all is one.
Listen to our happy chants.”
So perhaps if you learn to shift your vision just slightly, you may surprise yourself at what you will see.

The Seat of the Soul

by Gary Zukov
While working on some newsletters today, I was drawn to reopen a book I read many years ago. The Seat of the Soul is Gary Zukov’s divinely inspired contribution to understanding what is happening to humanity right now.
First published in the late 1980’s, The Seat of the Soul still provides insight into the evolutionary process that we humans are undergoing as, like the catapiller who becomes a butterfuly, we morph from homo sapiens to homo luminous.
His words are still filled with Divine wisdom and insight. His style is still easy to understand, and his message is still on target. Here are a few of the powerful statements that resonate for me.
…a truly evolved being is one that values others more than it values itself, and that values love more than it values the physical world and what is in it. (p. 21)
…Our species has become arrogant…. We believe that we are conscious and that the Universe is not…. (p. 50)
Reverence is contact with the essence of each thing and person and plant and bird and animal. It is contact with the interior of its beingness…. Reverence is an attitude of honoring life…. Only when we see through eyes that lack reverence, for example, does the feeding of one animal upon another appear to be a cruel system instead of one where species learn to give to each other, where there is a natural give and take and sharing of the energies between kingdoms. (p. 50, 52)
The part of yourself that reaches toward Light may not be the strongest part of you at the moment that you choose to journey toward authentic power consciously . . . but it is the part that the Universe backs. (p. 142)
It is the health of the soul that is the true purpose of the human experience. Everything serves that. (p. 189)
If any of these thoughts resonate for you, I urge you to read his book for yourself. As I remember, I would get into bed each evening and read a few pages and contemplate the messages. That is the best way to read a book of this magnitude.
As you consider the Light (information) presented in The Seat of the Soul, ask your own Divine Self – your I Am Presence – to give you messages, insights, and understandings. Then you will begin to open even more to your own Divinity, the source of your inner Truth.

Kung Fu Panda

No Secret Ingredients Necessary

Last night, I needed something funny to watch and the library DVD shelves obliged with “Kung Fu Panda.” Delightfully, the key messages in this film teach us about personal power.
MESSAGE # 1: Follow your dreams, as they will lead you to your true destiny.
Po, the Panda, dreams of being a Kung Fu warrior. His father is a noodle seller. He expects Po to follow in his footsteps. The father dreamt of being a tofu seller when he was young, but gave up his dream to follow in his own father’s footsteps. Po is afraid to speak his truth and tell his father that he doesn’t really dream about noodles.
When Po finally speaks his truth, the universe responds and thrusts him into the roll of Dragon Warrior.
Are you following your dream? Are you speaking your truth?
MESSAGE # 2: Trust the inner messages you receive.
When the wise elder Kung Fu Master Oogway tells Master Teacher Shifu that Po is the one destined to receive the Dragon Scroll, learn the secret of Limitless Power, and save the village from the evil Tai Lung, Shifu doesn’t believe it. In fact, he doesn’t want to believe it.
Master Oogway totally trusts the messages he receives and urges Shifu to trust, also. When Shifu decides to follow his teacher’s advice, he learns the wisdom of listening to inner messages. Of course, he learns that he must also put aside his own fears and become quite inside before he will get clear messages.
Are you listening to your inner messages? Have you learned how to quiet your mind so that you can hear them?
Message # 3: Let go of the illusion of control.
Master Oogway tells Master Shifu that we can only guide someone else, but we cannot control them. We must let go of the illusion that we control someone else’s destiny – someone else’s experience of life. We can support them on their path. We can guide them and teach them. But ultimately, we must LET GO.
When Master Shifu accepts Master Oogway’s wisdom/teaching, he starts to notice the qualities in Po that can be guided. Then and only then is he able to prepare Po for his role as the Dragon Warrior.
Master Shifu has to also let go of his own limiting belief that Po is not qualified to be the Dragon Warrior. Master Shifu has to expand his own consciousness and trust that there are no coincidences in order to understand and fulfill his own destiny as the Teacher of the Dragon Warrior.
Are there situations and people in your life that you feel responsible for to the degree that you insist that you must control things for them? Are these your children? Significant Others? Animals? Friends? Colleagues?
At what point would YOU be willing to give up control? What benefits can you imagine receiving if you were willing to give up control?
MESSAGE # 4: There is no secret ingredient.
In an ironic twist to the story, it is Po’s father who gives him the clue to understanding the message of the Dragon Scroll. All Po’s life, his father has told him that when is he, Po, is ready, his father will give him the secret ingredient to the noodle recipe.
Finally, Po’s father tells him, “Po, there is no secret ingredient. There is nothing to add to the soup. Just make the soup.”
In human terms, there is nothing that needs to be added to us. We are already Divine.
The secret ingredient is YOU!!
It’s already in there. You are the Divine Spark and when you focus on your own inner wisdom and your own inner connection to God, the secret of your limitless power is revealed.
Are you ready to connect with your own limitless power? If not, what’s holding you back?

Nedda
