Is 2016 the Year You Wake Up?

Awakening

awakening

to Your True Consciousness.

Open Your Eyes to the Light of your Divine Self.

2016 is a numerical 9, and those into numerology know that this number represents completion.

The Light Workers, the Way-showers, those who chose to be on the Earth during this transformative period in the history of humanity and our planet, have been participating in the process of clearing ourselves, our bodies, and our ancestral lines so that the Christ Consciousness could arrive, ground, integrate, and become a permanent frequency expressing through each one and all of humanity.

This is the year in which we expect to see a more visible presence of God Consciousness in each other and in our own daily lives.

And for those who may not think of themselves as Light Workers or Way-showers, those of you reading this who may just be opening your eyes to your Spirit and I Am Presence, I congratulate you and welcome you.

The Journey Unfolds

The journey you are on is one that unfolds before you in each and every moment.  There are no road maps stretching into the distance. There is only a strong calling of your heart to discover your True Self and to understand, finally, who you are and why you have chosen to be here on the Earth at this time.

You may find yourself suddenly fascinated by all things Spiritual.

You may reject all that you’ve been told and taught in the past, no longer willing to struggle within limitations that have been imposed by others and accepted by you in the past.

You may seek answers and assistance from others.

Learn to TRUST yourself.

Learn to LOVE yourself.

Find the COURAGE to stand in your own POWER.

For you are a very powerful being, and you may at times fear your own power.  You may have given your power away throughout your life and therefore, may want someone else to tell you what to do now, and how to do it.

No one can give you back your personal power.  You must choose it and then take it back yourself.

While others can provide guidance and coach you, those who will be most helpful to you will not accept any power that you try to give away to them.

  • They will, instead, encourage you to go within and discover the inner country.

  • They will, instead, insist that you make your own choices.

  • They will point you towards your I Am Presence as the source of all knowledge and wisdom about you and your personal path.

Go within!

Make your own choices!

Take charge of your life fully

by integrating your I Am Presence.

Restore yourself to your own internal Divinity, for that is who you are, who you were always meant to be.

The process of Awakening it exciting, exhilarating, challenging, and filled with promise.  It’s now up to you to explore, to feel your way along this path.

May you find all that you seek as you restore your own God Consciousness within.

REMEMBER … those who ask for help will receive it.

Where Do You Go for Answers?

Where Do You Turn to Discover the Truth?

Today, July 4, 2012, in the United States of America we celebrate the decision to become independent as a nation state.

May I also suggest that this is a good day to celebrate your personal, spiritual independence?

Where have YOU been looking for answers?  Do you keep going outside yourself?  Do you keep expecting others to solve all your programs?  Are you seeking God “out there” somewhere inside of inside yourself?  Are you asking yourself, “When will the aliens land and save us all?”  Are you waiting around for Jesus or Krishna or anyone else show up to fix this world?  Are you looking outside yourself to others to repair your personal life, your physical health, your mental stability, your relationships, your fears?

Have you learned yet that God and

the answers are inside you?

Have you discovered and refined and strengthened

your internal “truth tester”?

Do you regularly challenge what you hear in the media?

From friends?

From family?

until you “check it out” inside yourself?

Are you learning to DISCERN what VIBRATES with LOVE

and

to make your choices accordingly?

As people are waking up spiritually, it’s normal to go through a phase of expecting that the ones who awoke ahead of you on the “spiritual wave” know more and therefore have all the answers.

This is called “giving away your power.”

STOP GIVING AWAY YOUR POWER!

IF YOU WANT TO BE FULLY AWAKENED,

awaken to the GOD within you.

I’ve been working recently with some new clients who seem to need to hear me say, over and over again, that they must start going inside and asking themselves what is “right” or “best” for themselves and make their own decisions.

This is critical – essential – to the process of reclaiming your personal power, your Divinity, your freedom.

This is critical – essential – to your personal spiritual growth.

Here are your choices, as I see them:

LOOK FOR HELP from others who will . . .

  • offer suggestions
  • provide information
  • facilitate your process
  • encourage you to take back your power
  • encourage you to make your own decisions

DON’T ALLOW ANYONE ELSE to . . .

  • convince you they know better than you do what is best for you.
  • encourage you to rely on their opinion over your own.
  • use fear to get you to give away your power to them.
  • use fear to get you to make a decision you don’t feel ready to make.
  • make you feel small and helpless and hopeless.

Of course, there are people and other beings on this planet who are doing exactly that and have been doing exactly that for thousands of years. This has been going on in religions, schools, government, and the media for uncounted years.

You’ll soon be meeting advanced beings with many talents who will present themselves within the illusion that they are older, wiser, and more capable of taking care of this planet and you than you are.  They may even appear to be God-like in their power and abilities.

BUT YOU CAN KNOW BETTER

by using personal discernment!!!

YOU CAN LEARN TO IDENTIFY THEM

as BEINGS WITHOUT COMPASSION AND LOVE

who seek to hold you enthralled

in the illusion of FEAR!!

YOU CAN LEARN TO see through the ILLUSION!!!

YOU CAN CHOOSE to express your FREE WILL

by learning to

DISCERN the LIES.

What LIES am I talking about?

  • That you are limited in any way.
  • That you are a “sinner.”
  • That you are unworthy of Divine Love.
  • That you are meant to stay small.
  • That you are incapable of making decisions for yourself.
  • That you need to be protected from information and knowledge.
  • That it’s safer to stay in the dark of ignorance than to step out into the Light of knowledge and information.
  • That selfish commitment to greed based on scarcity is more powerful than sharing and cooperation based on LOVE.

I encourage you now – today – this very moment as we celebrate the concept of “independence” to become more independent in a personal and spiritual sense.

TODAY is a good day to

TAKE BACK YOUR POWER!!

DON’T GIVE YOUR POWER AWAY TO ANYONE or

ANYTHING – INCLUDING ME!!

Make a new resolution today.

Commit to your personal Pyramid of Power:

“I, [fill in your name],

do solemnly promise myself

that I hereby take back and hold

my personal power in my current life and

all other lifetimes, dimensions, and universes

for all eternity, according to the will of my I Am Presence.

SO BE IT!! AH HO!!  AMEN!!”

Happy Independence Day to us All!

A Bit About My Journey

My Dear Ones,

This is a portion of a letter I wrote to a friend this morning that I’ve decided to share with all of my community.  I hope it will resonate for each one of you personally in some way so you know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE in these challenging and amazingly beautiful times.

I’m going to say some things that I hope won’t appear intrusive or of the “rescue” type psychological pattern – one I’m working to eliminate in my life.  I’m hoping what I’m about to tell you will be helpful.  I’m deeply hoping I won’t offend you in any way.  I see a lot of me reflected in you – in many others.  Here are some of the things I see that are my own reflection.

Please remember that I’m describing myself here.  If it resonates for you, too, then it does.   If it does not, it does not.

  • A very hard working, “Type A” personality pattern – a pattern which leads easily to exhaustion.
  • Someone who followed the old rules (working very hard and all well be ok) only to discover that those rules are a bunch of lies and no way to live.
  • A being of the highest integrity fed up with a world that is direly lacking in it.
  • Someone who cares and is compassionate towards others, but does not apply enough of that to herself.  (I’m learning, but . . . I’m learning)
  • A perfectionist – allowing the desire for things to be “just so” to get in the way, at times, of allowing things to just “be” and not having to fix them – thus creating physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion – a very non-self-loving behavior.
  • A Wyrd – someone who loves and is attracted to nature and can’t live any more in a world of disconnection from the essential Truth that we are 1 strand in the web and not outside it.  (The reason I say “can’t live” is that it’s just too damned uncomfortable to stay there anymore.  I just have no tolerance for cruelty.  I don’t watch TV.  Find most books boring or too “dark”.  Find most movies either boring or too violent and cruel and full of negative messages.)  I also can’t live in cities or condos or anywhere that feels oppressive, like people are too close and closing me in.
  • Someone who worked herself into a state of exhaustion and physical illness (from which I nearly died in 1994) until I made a new choice.  My illness was my I AM telling me that if I didn’t make a new choice, I would die.  I chose life

Since 1994, I have been learning new ways to BE.  I have worked diligently on healing myself at all levels (still ongoing).  I was where some of you may be now – my own version of it.

I can see the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel these days.  I have a whole new way of looking at myself and the world.  I know there is an “end” to this drama and that it is coming.  I’m looking forward to it.

I’m offering to share with you some information that might assist you to break out of where you are into a whole new way of being in the world FOR YOU, loving yourself, and feeling empowered.

I look at each of you and

I see the Divine Spark that glows radiantly inside you.

Will you take the steps to

nurture, feed, and expand that glow?

Will you consciously choose to re-member your Self –

to put your spiritual awakening FIRST in your life?

I have learned that Loving myself and taking care of myself is the essential missing piece that will enable me to assist others.  If I don’t do that, there is nothing there for me to offer.

It’s time for all of us to go within and make the changes that will allow us to truly perform the services we came here to offer – AND – at the same time, experience the JOY and ENERGY of it all, and allow the UNIVERSE to TAKE CARE OF US and SUPPORT US.

This is the time that humanity is awakening from a slumber that has gone on for eons.  It’s about time, too!! (My personal opinion!!)

I know that my purpose on this planet in this particular life is to be at the near tip of the wave of Spiritual Awakening and to help others who are coming right behind me.

LORD GANESH - THE ELEPHANT GOD

My visual of this is that Lord Ganesh, the elephant God, moves ahead of me in the jungle of life helping to clear enormous obstacles that my small machete can’t easily tackle.  He’s there because I have asked for his assistance.  So he moves ahead of me and I see his large butt  helping to open a space and his small tail waving and encouraging me forward.

But I still have to “hack away” at the personal obstacles within myself that pop up in the jungle – my own inner reflections – part of the learning I set up for myself before I came into this life.  I clear them through prayer, through loving myself, through a conscious effort to heal them.

As I commit to taking back my personal power – my Divinity – everything shifts into higher frequencies, I am more and more supported, and more and more able to TRUST – in myself and in my Divinity.

Meanwhile, right behind me in this jungle come those who are attracted to my personal energy at the SOUL level and to the frequencies I have been able to integrate so far.  At the Soul level, they and I have agreed to be together on this journey, and while I hack away at my own personal stuff with one arm, my other arm reaches back to assist those immediately behind me.  (Please note that many of them are reaching one of their arms back to help those following behind them.)

Sometimes my way of assisting is to just model how to “do it.”

Sometimes it’s to listen.

Sometimes it’s to teach.

Sometimes it’s to create a healing space and facilitate another’s process.

Of course, they have to make a commitment to awaken and work on their ego stuff, too, because that’s what “the path” is all about, one way or another, generally speaking.  I can’t “fix” anything or anyone. (NOTE TO SELF:  Remember this, Nedda!)

So, my Dear Ones, I move into 2012 not really having a clue what I’m supposed to DO about anything, except BE HERE NOW – IN THIS MOMENT.

I will continue to share information that is inspiring, uplifting, and personally valuable to anyone who chooses awakening at this time.

Namaste,
Nedda

A New Synergy of Female/Male – Yin/Yang

December 19, 2008 by

Have you been noticing that more women than men seem to be spiritually waking up or interested in Ascension?  Please understand:  there are some very awake and spiritually aware men on the Earth at this time.  Nevertheless, it seems as though women are in the lead, at least in numbers.

Why might this be so?

For one thing, women have the brain structure that supports a more conscious use of their intuitive faculties than men.  In women, the corpus colosum (the part of the brain that connects the left and right sides) is twice as large in diamenter as that of men.  This makes it easier for women to access  and integrate their intuitive faculties with their analytical faculties, something necessary for spiritual ascension and for a rebalancing of the female/male chi.

An important part of  the Ascension process is getting in touch with your intuition in a conscious way and recognizing intuition as expansion of consciousness.  Thus, communication with your I Am Presence can be described an expansion of intuition.  If you are more open to being intuitive then you are probably more open to the entire process, or at least it is easier for you to accept the process.

Secondly, the Women’s Movement of the 1960’s was a preliminary to this shift.   It helped prepare the way because it helped women accept their intuitive abilities.  So called “women’s intuition” had been denegrated for the last 2000 or so years by the dominant male power structure.  The Women’s Movement, while ostensibly a political movement, did talk about “raising consciousness,” albiet consciousness of how women were being treated.  It also helped many, many women begin to accept themselves as “OK” just the way they are.

With the coming of the Mahatma Energy, the female aspect of Divine Love which began arriving in the 1980’s, the balance of yin and yang began to change.  This is true not only in humans, but on within the Earth herself.  If you are drawn to read more about this, I recommend Drunvalo Melchizedek’s beautiful book, Serpent of Light:  Beyond 2012, in which he tells the story of the movement of the Earth’s Kundalini energy and what he calls the “Rise of the Female Light.”

It is my understanding that the goal of the shift is not female dominance, but a new synergy of male and female chi.  Since each human carries both yin (female) and yang (male) within them, this shift is bringing about new relationships within ourselves between these aspects.

Meanwhile, many, many married women who are awakening are feeling as though they are trying to move forward while their male parterns are digging in their heels and resisting the shift.  For some, this is resulting in the end of their marriage.  For others, it means that they are working extra hard to shift themselves and make opportunities available for their spouses.

Those of us who are single (and those of  us who are in relationship with a man) are still having to work with the yin and yang within ourselves.  We women all have a male aspect – or even several male aspects – and working with these is necessary to rebalance the energies within ourselves.

I recently had a client whose father had promoted perfectionism in her life.  As she strove to let go of the limiting idea of striving to be perfect and accept that she was already perfect in all ways, two male aspects of her came forward.  Each of them had given great service to her in her current life, but those old roles no longer suited her current situation.  Now she and they could work out a new relationship that was more in balance with her personal goals and her spiritual path.

We are all being “rearranged” in so many ways, and the new levels of interaction between our male and female selves is just a part of this.  When we are aware of what is going on, it makes it easier to allow the process.

How Good Is Your “CR_P Detector”?

November 17, 2008 by

When I was in college, one of my professors, Clinton Rossiter, told his students that the value of a good education was to develop a finely honed “cr_p” detector.  (No, not “crop” – he wasn’t interested in crop circles or farming.)  Basically, Mr. Rossiter was telling us that we need to be able to discern truth from partial truth and from fiction and lies.

Since then, and even before then, I struggled to rid myself of naivety.  I went to college as an over-protected kid from a rural area who was more comfortable with books than I was with other kids.  I was the youngest student in the freshman class and was completely credulous about most anything.

Obviously, something has changed.  I’ve learned not to believe a single thing I see on television.  I mean NOTHING on TV is the truth, as far as I’m concerned.  Ads are designed to tell us we are incomplete and inadequate in some way so that the company paying for the ad can sell us something.  Programs neither educate nor uplift us.  They are designed to keep us stupid and ignorant at the least, and distracted from important things at the most.  The medium is the message – sit there and don’t think and just absorb what the characters/actors/so-called “news analysts/pundits” are saying.  (This is also true for most children’s shows, even the ones on public TV, which I watch sometimes because they are at least non-violent and sometimes humorous.  Besides, they let my inner kid have some fun.)

When watching TV there is no opportunity to question or contemplate or consider.  We are meant to be just sponges, absorbing mindlessly.  Even the news programs are not really telling us the heart and soul of an event – just the bits that will titillate us in some way.  The process of choosing what events to report mostly focuses on the negative.  And heaven forbid that more than one side of an issue should be explored.  “We’re out of time,” the comentator says.  Well, who is deciding how the time on a TV show will be spent?  Not the viewer.  TV is controlled by the people who own the corporations that own the stations and pay for the shows “they” want us to watch.  That’s the bottom line.

So how in the world are we supposed to develop our capacity to think, to question, to consider, to creatively decide for ourselves what is really going on, what really should be done to solve a problem?  How do we know which, if any, politican, is giving us some portion of truth, and whether any of them is telling us the whole story?

And by the way, don’t assume that “they” know better than you do because, frankly, I don’t think they do.  I think they are bumbling around or being lead by the nose by special interests or what they think will keep them in power.  But that’s another discussion.  Back to sorting out truth from fiction.

One of the really sad things is that our public schools no longer (if they ever did ??) train our children to think, either.  And with 30-50% of today’s children on officially prescribed medication designed to have them sit quietly, absorb like sponges, and do what they are told, there is little chance that they will develop questioning minds.  Obedience and passing the test by giving the proscribed answers are the gods that many educators and parents worship.  Frankly, I find this repulsive, dangerous, and tragic.  We are making our kids into puppets . . . preparing them to be automatons.  We are teaching them to give up their power, and that makes for poor citizenship in a democracy.

But the chances are that you, the God Self reading this, are no longer of school age and are still faced with figuring out what and who is telling you the truth about anything.  So how do you go about doing this?

For some people, “seeing is believing,” but remember, what you “see” is actually determined by your brain, not by your eyes.  Light energy packets (photons) touch the cells of your eyes and are turned into electromagnetic impulses which are sent to your brain and then your brain interprets them based on what information it has accumulated during your lifetime.  As a result, what you think you are “seeing” may really be what you expect to see or what you have been programmed to see.  Hmmm.  Maybe we can’t always trust what we see?!

I’ve been watching the extended DVD’s of The Lord of the Rings trilogy recently, and when I saw the portions where they show how the movie was actually made, I realized that the final images we see in the film are created piece-meal and then put together and manipulated to make what appears to be a seamless set of images telling a story.  Wow!!  And this story evokes emotion and makes me feel like I am in Middle Earth when I watch it.  Boy, what a way to manipulate the audience.  Now this is fine, if everyone agrees what we are watching is fiction.  But what if the same techniques are being used to make us think that what we see on news programs is “real”?

OK.  So maybe we can’t trust what we see.

Maybe you’re the kind of person whose truth testing system is auditory.  If you hear it, it must be true.  The power of “the Word” may be your way of determining truth.

I submit that the spoken (and written) word is also to be questioned.  Of course, what we “hear” are actually sound waves that move the ear drum, creating electro-magnetic impulses that the brain then interprets.  We are back again to what we have been programmed or expect to hear.  And with words there are still other difficulties.

For example, the meaning of a word to one person may be something totally different to someone else.  “Pissed” in England means “drunk”; “pissed” in America means “angry”.

Even when people agree on the meaning of a word, you can’t ways be sure what the person who is speaking is intending.  We often make all kinds of assumptions in interpreting what someone else means.  A politicians says, “I stand for Change” but fails to tell us what kind of change in any sort of detail and we fill in the blank with what we would like it to mean.  Or a friend says, “I’ll see you later” and when exactly is later?  Later today?  Later tomorrow?  Later sometime or other?

We provide our own context for words that others speak, assuming that we even hear the words correctly.  What about all the times we don’t hear the words the other person actually says?  For example, you’re making an appointment to see your doctor and the receptionist gives you a date and time and you write down a different date or time.  The person spoke one thing and you heard another.

And how well do we actually listen to someone who is speaking?  Most of the time we are thinking about what our response to that person will be and we don’t really hear what is being said at all.

Even when you read, psychologists have demonstrated that most of us only read things that support our opinions and beliefs.  How often do you read something that creates dissonance, that make you uncomfortable because it doesn’t fit your belief systems.  If we only read things we agree with, how can we consider other possibilities and determine what is true?

There are so many ways that words can deceive us.  Maybe we need another way to test truth.

I propose that the best type of truth test is one based on your own discernment – your own intuition – your own inner “knowing” – your own “I AM Presence” communicating with you internally.  Since everything is energy, we can check out what someone is telling us by asking ourselves, “Does this resonate with me?”  “Does this vibrate in harmony with me?”  “Does this make me feel good about myself and the world, or is the speaker trying to make me afraid, trying to disempower me, or trying to manipulate me in some way?”

If you feel you can trust someone, ask yourself, “What about this person makes me feel I can trust him/her?  Is there any reason I should not trust this person?”

TRUSTING YOURSELF is a big part of this.  Let NO ONE, even me, tell you what is TRUE.  Only YOU can decide for yourself what is TRUE.  Stand up for yourself; take back your power of discernment; decide for yourself what to believe.  But to do this, you must QUESTION EVERYTHING you have taken for granted, one bit at a time.

The time to start is now, since “now” is all we have.

Have fun doing this.  It will be an eye-opening experience.  It will be music to your ears.  It will give you new insights into your intuitive abilities.  It will be challenging, and exciting, too.
