Taking Total Responsibility for My Fears

As we move through the 12/12/12 portal tomorrow, we each have an opportunity to transform ourselves and contribute that transformation to the group consciousness of humanity.  Thus we assist others automatically as we assist ourselves through the spiritual shift.

I’ve been inspired by the work of Lisa Renee’s “Energetic Synthesis” newsletter this month in which she has provided a series of questions  will help you create a Divine Contract with yourself.  By answering these questions in a journal, you will not only be clarifying for yourself what you believe and intend for your life on the New Earth, but also creating a contract of sorts – a commitment to yourself for your spiritual evolution.

As I create my own “contract,” I’ve been guided to share parts of it that might inspire you to take this same journey for yourself.

Today’s topic is:

Describe your total responsibility for the Fear.

I Am totally responsible for my fears.

My fears come from my Ego aspect, who is reluctant to change – to let go of the illusion of control – to experience expansion and freedom.

Fear is an illusion created to help me experience 3-D, but I no longer choose to live in 3-D.  I choose to live in 5-D where LOVE is the basis for all that I experience from this moment forward.

Any other fears I experience are me not noticing a permeated personal boundary.  As a powerful empath, I am capable of feeling the fear and other emotional states of others.  As part of the group consciousness of humanity, I easily sense what others are feeling.

Therefore, I am fully responsbile for maintaining a clear boundary at all times and choosing what will enter it and what will be excluded.  I have full control of what I allow into my personal space.  I do not have to be a sponge or a wimp or a carpet for others to walk on.  I can and choose to set a clear and impenetrable boundary.  I am a Divine Creator of my life, a Master, so when I say energy moves, it moves.  When I say I am creating a clear boundary, that boundary exists and works exactly as I have programmed it.

I have the power to clear all of my own fears from all of my bodies.  LOVE DISSOLVES FEAR.  When I envision my Ego as a small, frightened child and invite her to sit in my lap and to be held in my arms, and then ask for both of us to be wrapped in Divine Love, my I Am Presence immediately responds and we are both cocooned in Divine Love.  Instantly, the fear melts away.  Instantly, anxiety melts away.  All that remains is Peace, Harmony, Safety, and the Divine Knowing that I cannot ever be harmed and that ALL IS WELL.

I Am totally and completely SAFE and SECURE

in the arms of Mother/Father Source.

I Am the Divine Creator of my life and

When I remember my True Self,

my I Am Presence,

I know who I AM.

As the Divine Creator of my life,

I now create a life FREE from all fear!

Do you want to create your own commitment to be free from fear?  You have a choice to make.  It’s entirely up to you.

Before You Ascend, Activate Your Power Center

The Solar Plexus Chakra

Do you want to take back your power – to recognize yourself as the All- Powerful Creator expressing through a physical form?

Does it terrify you to imagine yourself as “all powerful?”

Do you fear that you cannot trust yourself to handle the power?

Do you believe that “power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely?”

Is there any way you can take full responsiblity for everything in your life as your own creation and still live with yourself?

Expressing Power Through Divine Love

Do you believe that Love – Divine, Limitless, Unconditional Love – is the most powerful force in the Universe?

Do you know that, when you are fully Standing in the Power of your Loving you are a force that no one and nothing can touch?

Isn’t it time to create this way of being and living on Earth?

Your Power Center Must Be Fully Activated For You to Ascend

Power CenterThe Third Chakra or Solar Plexus, located in the area of your stomach, is your POWER CENTER.

As a Divine Creation, you are also a Divine Creator.  You create everything in your life — yes, YOU . . . already . . . CREATE . . . EVERYTHING . . . you experience in your life.

When you fully accept this, then you are able to consciously choose what you are going to create.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is directly connected to your Mental Body.  Therefore . . .

whatever you BELIEVE to be TRUE for YOU is constantly being expressed through the POWER of your Solar Plexus.

Since power can be used in a multitude of ways, there is a great deal of difference between power used with Unconditional Love and power used with little or no Divine Love.

The idea that “the end justifies the means” completely ignores the TRUTH that the means used to achieve an end totally controls the end that is experienced.

Most of us fear our own power for a variety of reasons.  Here are just a few:

  • We’ve been told that we are sinners.
  • We’ve had past life experiences where we abused power.
  • We’ve abused power in our current lifetime.
  • We’ve experienced very strong emotions, like rage or lust, and we no longer trust ourselves.
  • We have limiting beliefs about the use of power (that it corrupts, etc.)
  • We are afraid – terrified – of ourselves.

If you’ve been reading my blogs, you may have already read that

The answer to FEAR is LOVE.

The answer to fearing our own power is Divine Love.

When we have grounded fully into Mother Earth and are Rooted in our Root Chakra, when we have connected fully into our creativity and eliminated emotional choas from our Creativity Chakra, then we are truly ready to take conscious control of the Divine Power in our Solar Plexus Chakra.

The irony is that we already use our power.

  • We may use it to hide from ourselves, to see ourselves as small, weak, helpless, passive beings.
  • We may give our power away to others by refusing to accept responsiblity for our actions, thoughts, emotions, and decisions.
  • We may hide from our power by using drugs, alcohol, TV, overeating, or any other addiction (gambling, shopping, whatever),

The fact remains that ultimately we are the ones in charge of our own power.

Heart Centered Living: Challenge #2

Among the emotions that hold us back from staying connected to our Heart, FEAR is the biggest challenge. In this category, people mentioned FEAR more times than any other limiting emotion. People also included being judgmental, feeling resentment, feeling unworthy, and just getting “upset.”

How does FEAR hold us back? Possibly because FEAR has powerful physical consequences. It sets off adrenaline, which puts us into “fight or flight” mode. “Fight or flight” reduces or eliminates our ability to remember that we have choices about how to handle any situation. Instead, we come out fighting, or run away, or just freeze (playing possum).

I remember once I had a conversation with one of my sisters and when I hung up the phone, I couldn’t move. I literally sat in the same chair for several hours, totally frozen with FEAR. My mind was numb and my body was immobilized. Eventually, I was able to get up and start my body going, and later on I was able to understand what had happened to me and take some steps towards resolving the situation. But in that moment, I couldn’t do anything but sit.

This is an extreme example of what most of us experience on a daily basis. Often we feel FEAR to varying degrees and may not even recognize it. We stumble through our life wondering why we aren’t making the choices that will bring us happiness. We assign other feelings to our emotional state, but underneath it all, we are afraid.

We may be afraid of what others will say, afraid that we will be rejected, afraid we will lose our friends, our loved ones, our family, our homes, and many other things. So instead, we end up losing ourselves. We disconnect from our self-awareness and instead we choose to do what we believe we need to do to survive, to not be rejected, and to reach out for the things we think we want. In actuality, this often doesn’t work out as we expect, but because we are afraid we remain FEAR-based in making our choices and in our habits.

Many times, we don’t even realize that FEAR underlies other limiting emotions. Take anger, for example. Why do we become angry? We may say it’s because someone else did something, and that made us angry. But actually, we become angry to hide the feeling of FEAR that comes up when we don’t get what we want or when someone threatens us or whatever. If we can learn to manage FEAR some other way, it will help free us from all sorts of limiting emotional patterns.

Over the next few days, you might choose to start noticing what you are feeling and how FEAR might be underlying your feeling.  Also, take note of how you react when you are FEARful. How does FEAR control your behaviors? What do you do when you are afraid?

Perhaps you express FEAR by giving away your power to another – by doing what that person wants you to do, even when that action doesn’t feel “right” to you. Notice how FEAR keeps you from acting in a Loving way, a Heart-felt way. If you have a chance, jot down the times you give your power away due to FEAR. This is the first step in taking back your power from your FEAR – learning to recognize how you handle things when you are afraid.

It’s time for all of us to take back our power from FEAR – to stop making decisions based on FEAR – to start living from LOVE instead. When you love yourself as you would love a small child who is afraid, without judgment and with compassion, your FEAR begins to fade away and you find your true strengths. Your Heart Center holds the key to this transformation.

Going Postal

OK.  So you have a package to mail.  You get it all wrapped up and take it to the post office.

Since I like to buy clothing from catalogues and since I’ve just lost a great deal of weight and need some new duds and have no idea what size will actually fit me, I have been visiting the postal service quite a bit of late.

Oh, and add to that the fact that my local post office has changed around the delivery routes and now my mail is picked up/delivered so late in the day (4:30 or 5 p.m.) that any mail I put in my personal mailbox won’t  really go out until the following morning.

All of this means I have had to visit the post office more frequently lately, and frankly it has not been an entirely good experience.

The issue is this:  each time I bring in a “package”, I am asked a series of ridiculous questions about the contents.  The stream of questions has to do with what’s inside the package and whether it is hazardous, dangerous, likely to explode, likely to leave pee in the corner of the room, or do anything else that might require a HazMat team to appear.

Needless to say, these are ridiculous questions to ask anyone.  Do they really believe that someone intent on sending something nasty is going to tell them about it????????  Of course not!!!

So what’s really going on here?

I asked the gal who waited on me last Monday just what she thought these questions are all about?  Her answer astounded me:  “It’s to make people feel safer,” she replied, parroting back to me, I suspect, what she and the other staff had been told when they had to memorize these absurd questions.

“No,” I responded.  “These questions are designed to keep us in fear by reminding us every single time we mail something that ‘the world is a dangerous place’ and that we should ‘remember to be afraid’ so that the government and other controllers can keep us dumbed down and stupid because our adrenaline is flowing.   Then we are easier to control and manipulate.”

These type of questions give an impression that “something is being done to protect us.”  But that’s just a load of hog wash (there are those piggies again), as far as I’m concerned.

Of course, you can believe whatever you want.   But the fact is, living in fear is not really living very well.   Too much adrenaline is not healthy for us physically or emotionally or mentally or spiritually.  It’s time to take the “fright zone” out of the post office, don’t you think??
