Inspiration for My Day

Quan YinQuan Yin, Ascended Master of Compassion.

This morning I asked for a card from my Healing Earth Tarot deck, and was given two.  That seemed odd, but once I looked at the cards, it made sense.

7 of Shields:

This suit speaks from the Throat Chakra, through which we manifest our physical existence and all that comes to us in that realm.

The 7 of Shields represents new growth and new ideas being made manifest, emerging from a time of inner work during which we have been hibernating or transforming inside a womb or egg.  It can also represent us coming forth from retreat or a winter of withdrawal and reassessment.

In my own life, this card is spot on, as I’ve been in deep inner work since last fall and early winter, letting go of a of grief and sadness that had logged itself everywhere in my body over a lifetime.  I have made great shifts, and now have new ideas about the services I offer to align with the times that are ahead.

6 of Crystals:

This suit speaks from the Solar Plexus Chakra, the power center that is connected with our mental body.  The image on the card includes a drawing of Quan Yin, Ascended Master and Goddess of Compassion.

This card invites us to rise above all worries and concerns, to take the higher view, to be detached from emotions that might hold us back or limit us, and to move out of judgment and into compassion.

When we are compassionate with ourselves, it’s easier to begin a new adventure or to head off in a new direction.  Mistakes are important for learning and for growth, and beating ourselves up for them is non-productive and detrimental.  Forgiveness for what we see as our mistakes will more quickly transform them into beneficial lessons.

In my own life, I tend to be very hard on myself, which is definitely not helpful under any circumstances.  This card fully supports the first one I pulled.  I’m reminded that being kind and loving to myself as I go in new directions will prevent me from holding myself back with old patterns of judgment and self-criticism.

Learning to be kind to myself is an ongoing lesson these days, and I’m grateful to have the reminder.

Tarot Card Readings

When I work with the tarot cards, I recognize that the messages I’m receiving are coming from within myself, from my higher self or I Am Presence, and from all the other aspects of me who are eager to communicate their messages.

I don’t see tarot as coming from outside ourselves.  I don’t give my power away to the cards.  Instead, the cards become part of me, aligned with me energetically so that I always receive the perfect message.

Then I quickly discover how the messages are designed to assist me as guidance, but not a predictors of anything.  I’m in charge, and I can transform my life when I have more insight into myself and the greater wisdom that I know is available to me from my I Am Presence.

Before You Ascend, Own The Power of Your Words

The Throat Chakra

According to the Old Testament, and this is not an exact quote, God spoke . . .  and all that we know – the universe, galaxies, stars, planets, . . . everything came into existence.  God is said to have said, “Let there be LIGHT” or it’s equivalent in whatever language, if there even was such a thing as language.

According to this story, Sound came before Light.  What is Sound?  It is a type of vibration.  According to the most recent theoretical physics, vibration is the most subtle energy pattern that we can discern.  Hmmm.

Out of Sound came what?  Divine Light.  And what is Divine Light?

Divine Light is an aspect of Divine Love.

From the Sound expression of Divine Light and Divine Love, specific patterns and forms took shape.  Thus was manifested All That Is.

* * * * *

The old children’s rhyme, “Sticks and stones can break my bones but words can never hurt me” is a false statement.  The power of the words we think and speak is the power of MANIFESTATION.

When we shout angry words at someone, that is energy we are putting out of our body.  Whoever and whatever is present is being affected by that energy — not just the emotional part, but the words, too.  People who are more psychically aware can actually feel the energy of a space when they walk into it.  If anger has been expressed there, they feel the anger.  If sadness and grief have filled the space, they can feel the sadness and grief.

I once visited a Tibetan temple in upstate Vermont.  I was attending a class inside the room where people came to meditate and pray.  We began the class by becoming silent, becoming grounded, and just sitting quietly.  As I moved into that quiet inner space, I heard a mantra being chanted, not by the people in the room, but coming out of the walls.  It was not the mantra I use to meditate, so I knew it wasn’t coming from within me.  “Om mani padme hum” is the chant I heard resonating from everything in that room.

The words you choose to speak and the words you allow to flow out of your mouth without giving them a second thought all create your reality.  Every sound you utter is a vibrational pattern.  We know that certain trained opera singers can literally break a glass with their voice.  That is only a very tiny example of the power of sound to vibrationally disorganize and destroy.  But sound also has the power to create.

SPEAK ONLY WORDS OF LOVE

I used to pray that I would speak only words of love.

What does this prayer mean?  What would I do with the other feelings I was experiencing?  How would I transform my speech so that only Love poured forth – naturally, automatically, and in every moment?

Truthfully, I am still working on it.  But here is what I have come to understand.

If you want to speak only words of Love, your Heart Centers and your Throat Centers must be open, cleared of all lower vibrational patterns, spinning correctly, balanced, integrated, and aligned within themselves.  Then and only then can be they fully in alignment with each other.  Then, when the flow of energy between your heart and your throat centers is fully aligned, you can choose to speak only words of Love.

Imagine – a world where only LOVE is spoken.

Can you imagine what your life and the lives of everyone else would be like if you and everyone else spoke lovingly?

What would it feel like?

How would it affect the choices you make?

How would it affect your relationships?

How would it change your perceptions of reality?

Getting Started

If you are already working on Living From Your Heart, then you are already doing the clearing work that will strengthen and align your Heart Center.

Now, focus on your Throat Center.  Identify what needs to be cleared by breathing into your Throat Center and noticing blockages of any kind.  You probably have some, as most people do.  Many of us have been living a life where we speak less than our own personal Truth, and that, in itself, creates blockages.  When we hold back expressing our energy, our energy becomes jammed up.

So if you want to being speaking Only Words of Love, you will have to also begin to speak words of Truth – YOUR Truth.  That doesn’t mean attacking or blaming others.   It does mean being able to say what is true for you WITHOUT accusing others.

Another way to work on your throat chakra is to gently bring DIVINE LOVE from your Heart Center into your Throat Center.  Allow the Love to surround anything and everything that is creating a blockage for the purpose of dissolving it.

Clearing the Throat Chakra – or any chakra – is not a five minute process.  If you are interested in clearing out your chakra system, and healing and aligning it, find a healer that knows how to support this process and can teach you how to work with it on your own as well.

Divine Perfection

ALL IS PERFECT, RIGHT NOW

A few days ago I began having daily conversations with my I AM Presence.  Each conversation is guided by 6 questions designed to ask for guidance, support, and specific instructions.   My goal is to increase my alignment with my Divine Self and my Divine Path for this lifetime.

Today’s guidance is about Perfection.  One way to move us out of Judgment and into Non-Judgment is for us to recognize that ALL is PERFECT right NOW in THIS MOMENT.

I’ve been rushing around since I began Coco Fossland’s Wealth Manifestation Program in early January.  I have so much inspiration and so many ideas and so much to do, in addition to all the other daily things we feel we need to do each day (eat, sleep, that kind of stuff), that I’ve been feeling a mix of anxiety and excitement and enthusiasm and overwhelm.

Here’s what I was told today about how I am feeling, and about what I am thinking about how I am feeling:

“You are doing very well in meeting with me and listening, too, and then following through.  You are still challenged by other things that draw you away from my guidance.  The more aligned you are [with me], the easier it will be to stay aligned and to follow your path.

“PATIENCE – and – TRUST.  They really go together.  All things happen in RIGHT TIMING.  Time in 3-D is an illusion, as you are already aware.

“So don’t let time ‘get’ to you.  Be open to FLOW with the natural Tao of things. [See the blog on “Learning Fearlessness from Lao Tsu.”]

“Inspiration leads to Change.  You are changing.  The whole planet and all of humanity are changing.  But you are a ‘way shower,’ so you change first and faster.

“Surrender your illusion that it’s happening ‘too fast.’  It’s happening at a PERFECT SPEED!

“What is essential WILL be attended to.  What is not ESSENTIAL will fall away.

“Let go of your illusion of  ‘running really fast just to stand still’ [allusion to Alice Through the Looking Glass, by Lewis Carroll,  where Alice and the White Queen run madly and end up in exactly the same place].

“There is no requirement of this.

“FLOW!”

Then I was reminded of a Sanskrit prayer that I dearly love.  It is about perfection.

Om purnamadah purnamidam
Purnat purnamudacyate
Purnasya purnamadaya
Purnamevavasisyate

Om shanti, shanti, shanti

Om.  That is perfect.  This is perfect.
From the perfect comes the perfect.
If the perfect is taken from the perfect
the perfect remains.

Om.  Peace.  Peace.  Peace.

The power of this prayer is that God is perfect and cannot create anything that is imperfect.

When we feel a loss or that something is “wrong”, we are caught in illusion.  We are forgetting GOD’S PERFECTION.

And WE ARE PART OF THAT PERFECTION.  We cannot be separate from it, because even when you take the perfect from the perfect, only perfection remains.

“Only perfection remains” refers both to the “original” perfect and to the perfect you imagine you have taken from the “original” perfect.

Therefore, bring your mind to stillness in the knowing that ALL IS PEFECT IN THIS AND EVERY MOMENT.   ALLOW PEACE by vibrating with the the thought of peace.

The glory of the Sanskrit language is that each syllable was discovered vibrating within our own chakras, heard coming from them by the great masters in the caves in the Himalaya Mountains.  These syllables actually vibrate at the same frequency as their meaning.

Therefore, when you speak the word “shanti” which means “peace,” you are sending out the vibration of peace from your throat and your throat chakra.  You are literally putting the energy of “peace” into the world.  If your Heart Center is also feeling peace, you are magnifying the vibration because you are adding other Divine elements to it.

Isn’t it wonderful?  It’s Divinely Perfect.
